Her deep understanding of the public sector, acquired through her tenure of 5 years at the Collin Central Appraisal District and 14 years at the esteemed appraisal firm Thomas Y Pickett Inc, enables her to devise effective reduction strategies for businesses. Brenda's private sector experience includes working with firms such as Webb Cooley Co, Marvin Poer, and Outsourcing Solutions Group.
