J. Philip Trusty is a licensed senior tax consultant having over 25 years experience in the property tax field. Mr. Trusty holds a Bachelor Business Administration in Finance from Texas Tech University. In addition, he holds a Texas Real Estate Brokers License and is working toward his CMI designation through the Institute for Professionals in Taxation. His career began with Dallas Central Appraisal District holding positions in various appraisal areas including supervisor in the Business Personal Property Department and assistant to the Director of Administration. After Dallas Central Appraisal District, Mr. Trusty began work as a property tax consultant.

His consulting experience includes nationwide business personal property filings and appeals for both business personal and real property. His experience with business personal property includes managing national client portfolios in excess of $500M. Mr. Trusty has worked with multi location/multi state businesses, large and small manufacturing firms, warehouses, offices of all sizes and a wide variety of other businesses. His commercial real estate experience includes a wide range of commercial, retail, agricultural and residential real estate.
